Bio
Born in 1982 in the city of Sverdlovsk (now Dovzhansk) in the Luhansk region. A former Ukrainian law enforcement officer who defected to the pro-russian terrorist forces. From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of “Prosecutor General of the Luhansk People’s Republic.” He died as a result of an improvised explosive device explosion in the prosecutor’s office building on September 16, 2022. His deputy, Kateryna Steglenko, also died with Gorenko.
