Yershov Andrei Nikolayevich – (born November 24, 1974, in the Republic of Komi) a war criminal, representative of the occupying authority, and Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Communications of the LNR.
He studied at the Sasovo Flight School with a qualification in “pilot” (1993). He then graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in “management of organizations” (1998).
In 2003, he completed the Presidential Program for Management Personnel Training (financial management). All of Andrei Yershov’s work experience is related to telecommunications. Until 2009, he was the commercial director of the Siberian macroregion at PAO “MTS.”
From 2009 to 2014, he was the director of the Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk branches of “Vimpelcom” (trademark “Beeline”).
From 2015 to 2022, he worked at AO “Russian Post,” initially as the director of the Tyumen branch and then as the director of the Southern macroregion.
Before his appointment as minister, he was the director of the Siberian macroregion at AO “TransTeleCom Company.”
