Konstantinov Vladimir Andreyevich

Was born on November 19, 1956, in the village of Vladimirovka, Slobozia District, Moldova. Is a collaborator. As well as a participant in Russian aggression against Ukraine since February 24, 2022. Konstantinov is involved in crimes committed by Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens. After the occupation of Crimea by Russia, he assumed the post of head of «State Council of Crimea» on March 17, 2014, and became the secretary of the Crimean branch of the “United Russia” party in 2014.

Konstantinov held the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea from 2010 to 2014 and was the Chairman of the Association Commission on European Integration, Cross-border and Interregional Cooperation. He is also an honorary professor at the Crimean National Academy of Environmental Protection and Resort Construction. Konstantinov is one of the wealthiest residents of Crimea, with an estimated fortune of 150-315 million dollars.

In March 2014, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine accused him of treason. According to the resolution on the early termination of the powers of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, he lost his authority as chairman on March 15, 2014.
