The Kremlin has already decided that cannon fodder must be prepared in advance, starting from the school bench. And they don’t even hide these intentions.
Propaganda urging schoolchildren to join the Russian army has been spotted in the Kaliningrad region.
Local media report that the authorities of Baltiysk have placed banners advertising contract military service on the grounds of several schools.
This is because the Russian authorities need children who won’t think about their future but will be ready to give their lives for Putin. Educated youth is not needed. If it were, schools would have banners advertising universities and institutes. Instead, you see the advertisement, finish school, and go sign a contract with the army.
After a couple of months of training, it’s off to the front lines to die for the insane ideas of the Kremlin’s madman.
And before this, all the conditionally combat-ready troops were withdrawn from the Kaliningrad region to defend the Kursk region. NATO is no longer feared; they won’t attack us. And now the losses in the war need to be replenished. The losses are truly terrifying, and no one talks about them. Certainly not the official representatives of the Ministry of Defense or the fanatical war correspondents.
Local officials and school administrations, who allow such billboards to be mounted on school buildings, are doing their best to show their loyalty to the Putin regime and obligatory jingoistic patriotism, hoping that the higher-ups will notice and appreciate it.
It’s already clear that among people older than school graduates, there are fewer and fewer willing to sign contracts with the Russian Armed Forces. Many now understand that it’s a one-way ticket. The final stop on this journey is an unmarked grave somewhere near the ruins of yet another Ukrainian village in the steppes of Donbas or in the north of the Kharkiv region.
And behind them will inevitably be Kadyrov’s “Akhmat” troops, who are impossible to find on the front lines during the day. If anything goes wrong, they won’t allow any retreat, performing the role of blocking detachments.
