Ramzan Kadyrov has vowed to execute opponents of wearing hijabs in Russia. He called such people his personal enemies and enemies of Islam. He is now able to deal with Putin, as Putin has repeatedly spoken against the wearing of hijabs.
Chechnya is only against the wearing of burqas, but those who advocate for banning hijabs must be killed, Kadyrov believes: “Anyone who tells my daughter to remove her hijab, I will kill immediately. I will shoot them right away, whoever it may be. This is my personal enemy, the enemy of Islam.”
It turns out that Ramzan Kadyrov has personally opposed and is planning to execute national leader Vladimir Putin.
The leader of Chechnya has essentially come into direct conflict with Putin’s statements.
For example, on October 18, Putin spoke out against allowing hijabs in schools. He then stated that Russia is a “secular state, and we must proceed from this.” He also declared that “in our culture—when I say ‘in our,’ I mean our traditional Islam—there are no hijabs.”
Later, on April 25, 2013, Putin spoke against the wearing of hijabs: “There is nothing good about this. Of course, there are national peculiarities in some republics. But what you mentioned is not a national peculiarity. It is a demonstration of a certain attitude towards religion. In our country, in Muslim regions, there has never been such a tradition.”
Now to another matter. A high-ranking government official, the head of a region, is declaring that he wants to administer vigilante justice without a trial. He is both the accuser and the executioner. It’s interesting if the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Investigative Committee will start an investigation for incitement to extremism. After all, for similar statements, Strelkov (Girkin) was sentenced to four years in a colony. Strelkov then suggested hanging those who steal from the army on social media.
But Kadyrov and his entourage are untouchable and can do and say whatever they want. Even threatening Putin with execution.
