State Referal Program

We are constantly assured that the Special Military Operation (SMO) is going according to plan, that the enemy is suffering enormous losses, and that we supposedly have lines of volunteers at the military recruitment offices eager to die for the glory of the empire and the idiotic ambitions of the political leadership sitting in the Kremlin.

And suddenly, the chief geostrategist, the great national leader Putin, signed a decree on a one-time payment of 400,000 rubles for those who sign a contract to participate in the SMO from August 1 to December 31.

Moreover, the decree recommends that regional authorities also pay contractors an additional 400,000 rubles.

If everything is supposedly going so well with volunteers, then why all these special measures with additional payments? It is already obvious that there have been problems with losses in the perpetually advancing army. And now these losses need to be compensated.

Earlier, Russian regions began increasing the amount of payments for signing a contract. For example, the Moscow government established “social support measures” amounting to 1.9 million rubles. This is a one-time additional payment for everyone who signs a contract at the city’s military recruitment points from July 23. Moreover, it doesn’t matter if the person is a resident of Moscow or an outsider. As long as the contract is signed in the capital.

In Tatarstan, they also increased the payment for those wishing to sign a contract by half a million rubles until July 31, now it can reach up to 1.5 million rubles.

In recent months, regional authorities have begun using the principle of network marketing, promising money to those who bring a potential contractor to the recruitment point. The person who brings a candidate with the prospect of dying on Ukrainian territory will receive the money only when the contract is signed. In Tatarstan, they promise to pay 100,000 rubles for inviting acquaintances to contract service. Similar lethal marketing programs also operate in Yakutia, Mordovia, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Arkhangelsk, Kaluga, Ivanovo, Voronezh, and Yaroslavl regions.

The situation with these payments is simply surreal. I wonder how a person who brings their acquaintance or friend to the recruitment point and receives money will feel when later, instead of a person, there is a corpse?

The pinnacle of all this financial madness in military recruitment is the payments to refugees from the Belgorod region amounting to 10,000 rubles per person.
