The noose is tightening

Rozbitue kolonu

War correspondents and propagandists are now unanimously claiming that everything has stabilized in the Kursk region and that the expulsion of the enemy from the occupied territories will begin soon. They often say that the border near Tetkino is under reliable protection and that there will be no breakthrough there.

But there are important nuances in this whole “stabilization.”

Last night, a convoy near Korenevo was hit catastrophically. Essentially, this is a repeat of the situation in the village of Oktyabrskoye in the Rylsky district. The consequences of this strike are still unknown, but it is quite obvious, based on reports from some war correspondents, that there are many dead and wounded. Information about the consequences of this strike will be kept highly classified. However, there was yet another clear command error.

There was also a strike by Ukrainian aviation using precision bombs on the deployment site of the 98th Airborne Division battalion in Tetkino. This is one of the main units that covered the border.

But the main events are currently unfolding in the Glushkovsky district. This is where the convoy destroyed near Korenevo was heading. In the Glushkovsky district, the noose is tightening around all the Russian troops that are located on the left bank of the Psel River in the southern part of the district. To the east of Glushkovo, logistical communications have already been cut off. The advanced units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already reached the floodplain of the Psel River.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately aren’t advancing toward Tetkino because they don’t need to. The Ukrainians have already begun gradually destroying the bridges across the river. There have already been at least two hits on the bridge in Glushkovo. The bridge is still standing, but a couple more strikes, even if the supports aren’t damaged, will render the bridge unusable for vehicle movement.

The destruction of the two bridges across the Psel downstream is just a matter of time. As soon as the strikes on the bridges begin, it will be a direct signal that it’s time to retreat while there is still an opportunity. Then the entire territory of the Glushkovsky district will simply come under Ukrainian control. Meanwhile, the noose is slowly tightening.
