Boyko Alexei Viktorovich (born October 12, 1976, in Luhansk) is a state traitor and currently serves as the acting Minister of Emergency Situations of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).
In 1998, he graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Fire Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, where he obtained a degree in “fire safety.” Boyko later graduated from the Academy of Fire Safety of Ukraine in 2001.
Alexei Boyko began his career in fire safety in 1998. He previously held various positions in the fire safety oversight bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Luhansk region. He then continued his work in the regional structures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Ukraine.
After the occupation of Luhansk region, Boyko consciously became a collaborator and actively assisted the enemy. His responsibilities included organizing training activities, and he was soon appointed head of the training and methodological center of this structure.
For a long time, he contributed to strengthening the fire safety services of the so-called pseudo-republic and supported the occupying authorities. After his appointment as head of the training unit of the Federal Fire Safety Service, Boyko continued to work in support of pro-Russian structures.
On February 9, 2024, Boyko was appointed acting Minister of Emergency Situations of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).
Alexei Boyko has consciously collaborated with the occupying authorities, thus violating his oath of loyalty to Ukraine, which he took upon entering the Kharkiv Institute of Fire Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Boyko is an accomplice of the Russian-fascist invaders and terrorists and an accomplice in attempts to undermine the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
