Velychko Yulia Sergeevna (born June 26, 1993, in the town of Bylovodsk, Luhansk region) is a traitor to her homeland and an accomplice of the occupiers. She currently heads the Ministry of Youth Policy of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).
She is the chairwoman of the pro-Russian youth movement “Association of Youth of Luhansk Region” in Luhansk. An active organizer of the so-called “primaries” in 2016.
She also served as the deputy director of the Center for the Development of Children’s and Youth Movements of the so-called LNR.
Additionally, she was a representative of the terrorist organization “World for Luhansk”.
Before being appointed to the position of Minister, she was an advisor to the Speaker of the People’s Council (parliament) of LNR.
In June 2023, she was appointed Minister of Youth Policy of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).
Yulia Velychko is a fierce supporter of the occupying regime, which she openly demonstrates in her activities.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has filed charges in absentia against the Minister of Youth Policy of LNR, Yulia Velychko, for collaborationism.
Based on the collected evidence, investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have charged Velychko under Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaborationist activities).
